Troy Newman

Troy is the founder of Highland Peak Wealth and has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. His area of expertise is utilizing strategic design to optimize client portfolios based around their growth and income needs. Troy’s high-net worth client base primarily consists of business owners, corporate executives and multi-generational families.
Prior to founding Highland Peak Wealth, Troy was a senior director for BNY Mellon Wealth Management for 10 years where he managed a team with $4.5B in AUM. Troy also directly managed client relationships with $750M in AUM. Prior to joining BNY Mellon, Troy was a Vice President at Strategic Financial Partners where he managed the investment department and controlled strategic asset allocation for over $750M in client assets. Before that, he held management positions with Kessler Financial Services, Blackstone Capital Management, and Thomson Financial.
Troy received his bachelor’s degree from the California State University Sacramento and his MBA from Babson College. Troy is an active Member of the Board for Summer Search, is involved with the Boston Estate Planning Council, and has been a guest speaker on Money Matters Radio and at Babson College.

Kyle is a Managing Partner and Portfolio Manager for Highland Peak Wealth. He specializes in working with individuals and families to implement and manage customized investment strategies in an uncertain world.
Kyle has direct responsibility for managing client relationships. He works closely with clients to understand their goals and objectives, manage their investments, and integrate their investment strategy within a complete wealth management plan.
Prior to Highland Peak Wealth, Kyle worked as a VP and Senior Portfolio Manager at BNY Mellon. Kyle worked directly with high-net worth clients, foundations, and ultra-net-worth family offices. At the time of his departure, he was managing over $700M in client assets. Before BNY Mellon, Kyle was a Financial Advisor at Barclays Private Wealth and Morgan Stanley. During his tenure at Morgan Stanley, Kyle was a top performer and earned the prestigious Pacesetter Award.
Kyle received a Bachelor’s Degree from Kenyon College, graduating with distinction in History and Political Science. While at Kenyon, he was a member of the Varsity Basketball and Golf Teams. He is presently an active member of the Norfolk and Plymouth Business Planning Council and President of the Board for the Neponset River Watershed Association. Kyle and his wife, Heather, currently reside in Dover MA, with their two little boys, Teddy and Cooper.
Erin Porter

Erin Porter is an administrative specialist with over ten years of experience. Erin earned a BA in 2007 from Wells College, where she majored in Economics with a minor in French and is currently pursuing an MBA. After graduating, she started her career in customer service and sales, and since, strives to provide excellent service for all stakeholders. For the past seven years, Erin assisted the Director of Research and faculty in a research setting within a hospital and affiliated with Harvard Medical School.
Erin also makes giving back to the community a priority, dedicating personal time to knitting hats and scarves for those in need in the Boston area. Recently, she volunteered with an organization dedicated to protecting at-risk youth and taught participants to crochet to craft an art piece that will be displayed at the annual art show.

Bobbi has nearly 17 years of experience in the Financial Services industry. Her coaching in critical areas of practice management includes developing vision and goals, identifying growth opportunities, the importance of roles and responsibilities, the value of segmentation and the client experience, and financial management. She is committed to the continued development of best practices to ensure teams have growth today and maximum value for their approach moving forward.
Andrew Gordon

Andrew works directly with our advisors and Highland Peak Wealth clients on Advanced cases in the Estate Planning and Personal High Net-Worth Markets. Andrew’s creativity in case design brings flexibility to the funding process and efficiency and tax savings during the financial plan's distribution and wealth transfer phases.
Before working with Highland Peak Wealth, Andrew spent 10 years at First American Insurance Underwriters, a full-service Brokerage General Agency in the Boston Area. As a Senior Case Design Specialist, Andrew worked with top national insurance producers from a multi-carrier design standpoint.
Andrew graduated from the University of Delaware’s Lerner School of Business, where he concentrated on Economics and Marketing. Andrew still resides in the City of Boston, where he is originally from.
Todd Seresky

Todd specializes in helping Highland Peak Wealth with advanced investment analysis and portfolio design. In addition, as a member of the Investment Strategy Committee, Todd actively oversees investment manager performance, attribution analysis, and new investment manager research.
Before working with Highland Peak Wealth, Todd was an Associate Wealth Manager at BNY Mellon, overseeing +$1 billion in assets under management. Todd also worked for Fidelity Investments as an Internal Wholesaler selling Fidelity’s mutual funds, 529 plans, and retirement products to Financial Advisors generating over $300 million in mutual fund sales.
Todd has his Series 7, Series 63, and his Massachusetts Life and Health licenses. He received bachelor’s degree from Lehigh University and his MBA from Babson College.
Patricia Clarke

Pat is directly involved in creating a seamless and efficient experience during client onboarding. In addition, she is responsible for leading a team of Client Account Administrators in supporting advisors in establishing client insurance, investment, and annuity accounts from the application phase to its completion.
Prior to joining Highland Peak Wealth as staff, Pat supported financial advisors in their practices for over 20 years as a Client Relations Manager providing servicing and new account support for advisors and their clients.
Pat has a bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Business and Office Administration and a master's of science degree in Education Counseling.
Chelsea Brochu

As Highland Peak Wealth's Wealth Strategist, Chelsea is passionate about the overall coordination of a client’s plan. She frequently interfaces with investment, estate, and tax professionals to ensure success through her multidisciplinary approach.
An attorney by education, Chelsea spent some time in private practice before joining US Trust as an analyst in their Wealth Strategy group. Chelsea then served as a Relationship Manager at the MassMutual Trust Company before joining Key Private Bank as a Senior Client Experience Manager, helping ultra-affluent families manage their wealth holistically.
